Shia Militia Member in Mosul Repeatedly Stabbing Man in the Neck.
This was on a private IS telegram channel so the exact information is sketchy. The man was supposedly accused of helping IS. At one point I believe the camera man says "Baaqiya" (something IS says, meaning that the State will "Remain"), mocking the IS chant.
