She hit the pole with her waist and rolled around it. Unfortunately she hit the guys helmet dead on with a basic face plant.  |

A 65-year-old retired teacher, Ana C.V.G., was killed when she was run over by a motorcycle whilst crossing a road in Santander de Quilichao, Cauca Department, Colombia. The motorcyclist crashed and suffered severe injuries, and was taken to hospital. The motorcyclist, who reportedly worked as a delivery driver, was apparently travelling at high speed. |

So very sad to see the teacher lose her live this way. I have actually been in this little town. Many people spend the night before heading to the volcano west of the city.  |

Location She would have turned 66 years old on December 13. She was single and was in charge of taking care of her mother, 98. The usual. Pedestrian doesn't look both ways crossing a road and some moron blasting through an intersection. |
