drug cartel members dismember rival and put a pacifier in his mouth. It seems because he was know as pacifier "chupetinha".

The thug with the camera says this is a warning to the rest of the rival gang members. He says they broke into the victim home and killed him and is gonna do the same to the rest of victim´s friend..
