One switch to activate the press....right up front. It should require two...one on each side. He hit the actuate button with his stomach and it ended up eating him instead. No OSHA HERE!

in the 2nd posted vid, the longer one, at 2:14, look at the other machine on the left, a reflection of someone walking, idk if thats thats some other worker, or a spliced video showing that its faked or even death itself lol  |

holy shit i use one of those at work.. silk screen machine i had no idea they used that kind of pressure this must be a third world one though because the one i use is 20 or 30 years old and it has a safety bar around the top part that cuts the power if anything gets in its way |
