Silly CIA, The Mujahideen have the right idea: They know the Coalition won't provide information [torture or not], so out comes the camcorder and bowie blade!

Dunking some guy's head in the water is scary for the guy who is being dunked, but how is it supposed to deter the rest of the world? It doesn't. Unless the CIA is willing to make a beheading video, they'll remain the "little old ladies" of this business.

EDIT: I seem to recall a controversy surrounding the Daniel Pearl beheading, and speculation by a few crazies that it had been done by the CIA or one of its foreign proxies? Who knows, although they DID arrest a British national in connection with the murder...
