Semi-open Regime Convict Killed by 2 Men on a Bike
Around 9 A.M yesterday, ex-convict M.A.A.G, 34, a.k.a “G. de Singer”, was shot near his home by two elements on a motorcycle. He ended up rushed to the Hospital but died shortly after. He had just left the house when he noticed the approach of two armed men on a motorcycle so he ran away. However, he was relentlessly chased by the pair and one of them, who was already on foot, fired several shots. M.A.A.G fell on the sidewalk where he was even more shot, now with the help of the other killer who had drawn his gun. One of them even searched the victim's waist as if looking for a firearm. R. A. M, 28 years old and R. i. B, 19 were arrested for this crime by police later on. On May 31, 2010 the victim killed his own brother-in-law J.S.T, 31, a prisoner who was serving a sentence in the semi-open regime because of a drug debt, he was killed with four shots by M.A.A.G and his brother A.A.G on the street. On April 14, 2015 M.A.A.G was sentenced to 14 years in prison. On that date, A.A.G did not receive a sentence yet and was waiting for his trial case. The Public Prosecutor's Office also pointed out the drug debt as a motive for the crime since M.A.A.G was accused of drug trafficking. On the day of the crime, A.A.G parked his car on top of the brother in law while M.A.A.G shot him six times. |
