It seems to be Russia, it seems a lot of people are commenting on the guards but it should be noted that the shooter is a fucking retard, getting arrested for shop lifting would suck but is not terrible, on the other hand killing 3 possibly 4 people in cold blood on camera def won't get you out of the situation.
It's in the Ukraine. Personally I think they should drop this bitch in the Pripyat Marshes, inside the Chernobyl hot zone, with no protection whatsoever.
