Security Guard Takes Out Armed Robber
A man was shot and killed at a pharmacy this past Monday (25) in the city of Londrina. The deceased has been identified as O.A.P.D.S, aged 27. Security camera footage shows the man walking in to the pharmacy acting as if he's a customer, bringing an item to the counter. Shortly after 'O' pulls a .38 caliber pistol and announces a robbery. A security guard who was in another room heard the commotion and drew his weapon, shooting and killing the suspect. |

Re: Security Guard Takes Out Armed Robber
And the security guard was alert and competent. I guess that's the two ingredients you need for a good DR video! |

Re: Security Guard Takes Out Armed Robber
The robber should have known there was a guard tucked away in the rear room ... It seems like the robber tried to negotiate something ... gave the guard time to set up the shooting. The robber should have been spring loaded like a roach to jump and run the first second a sound or something unexpected happened ... |

That guard’s reaction was super fast. Like he suspected it was a robbery way before the kid pulled his gun. Clean headshot from across the store too. 5/5 performance, security guard. |

reality doesn't "look like a videogame", dummy. other way around. you're probably one of those people who has to reference some dumb movie, assuming everyone on earth knows exactly what you are talking about, in order to describe something. |

Re: Security Guard Takes Out Armed Robber
The robber is aware of the security guard in plenty of time to act. Why he doesn't squeeze off a shot or two is surprising. He seems to have been waiting for a perfectly clear shot - not a good strategy.

Is it possible that death by mayonnaise has a tiny dick which gives him a bad attitude? Most likely...

Re: Security Guard Takes Out Armed Robber
Just to post an interesting fact about this case. The security guard had the gun registered, but he didn't had the license to carry it. So, he was brought to the police district, so they would interrogate him. He was cleared of the homicide, since it was self defense, but had to pay the bail off ~ U$$ 200,00 because of the weapon. As a Brazilian, I think this is such an bullshit. I feel very angry when a security guard does the job that the police wouldn't do, and suffers this kind of penalty. He should be treated as an hero... I hope the owner of the drugstore or de company reimburse his money. |
