He looked awake to me and had moved his chair, was tapping his feet, etc. The driver was the one who wasn’t alert.

Looks like the floor on the approach was wet + more than likely bald tyres on the vehicle which made the mixer truck skid..

Which do you think killed him? Being pinned against brick column/wall or the sudden traumatic impact of his head free falling to the pavement from 5 feet high?
