From the looks of it, seems that their country follows all the rules of worker safety. Im sure the scaffolding was done safely and no corners were cut due to lack of budget and negligence.. Nothing like that  |

i think you people are getting it wrong. the scaffold figured that the two guys on it had some brains so the scaffold tied itself to the two guys and not the other way around. most people have brains. unfortunately they haven't figured out what to do with them yet.

Second scaffolding accident- I will now be traumatized the next time I see one of those fucking things...Holy shit- What used to be that poor mans face    . Poor man didn't even look human after that.
