If you are working on a swing stage or scaffolding you are SUPPOSED to be safety tied to the building, not the item you are standing on, in case of failure like this. I see it all the time, people with their harness tied to the wrong thing.  Great post  |

I used to work for a scaffolding contractor . Why are they tied to the actual scaffolding. Like Zambini said about, they should have been secured to the building itself
