Because parties with the power to put pressure (both legal and governmental) on the site are not applying that pressure on behalf of dead foreigners. Some battles are worth fighting, some aren't. But the only one who is entitled to make that determination is the guy paying the legal bills. In this case that's chris, the site owner. He made the call to avoid needless hassle and prohibit certain videos from being posted and making more mess than he feels like dealing with. |
