Saudi whips and beats victim for looking at his wife

A man in Saudi Arabia has been filmed whipping an Asian man repeatedly with a belt and punching him in the face over and over again. The victim is accused of looking at and attempting to speak to the Saudi man's wife, something he denies. A Saudi human rights group has condemned the attack, saying it is a flagrant violation of the victim's right to safety.
