In other countries, the cops would have been able to subdue him, still alive, not further physically harmed and make sure he’s taken to hospital for the help he clearly needed. All without killing anyone. Weird that. |

Then what release him back into the public to endanger everyone? Rape the public for millions of dollars in taxes to keep mr freakshow and his overpaid therapists/doctors/nurses/pharmacists at the funny farm for another 50 years? Fruitloop wanted to terrorize the town he got shot down in the street simple enough and cheap. |

British police use armed response teams to deal with knife wielders same as any other country and yes their vulnerable unarmed officers do get killed with knives but more commonly just stand down and let the public get diced up while they are waiting for the "special" police to show up with an MP5 or G36 and handle business.
