It may be cruel,but alot of the things Saddom did was ment to send a message. In hind sight ,you have to admit .that he maintained alot better control than we have. It seems to me that the only message that these people understand is violence. Don't get me wrong Saddom was not a good guy. I just think we need to understand a culture a little better before we start st cking our nose in their affairs.
