Yes, they found him roaming around thinking he was in a fight with just a badly bruised eye
he clearly could not explain what happened. and was suspicious. although no guns were found at the appt, they had no one say there were 2 guys that came and shot them up. the altercation was with ryan's ex-roomate. he tried making a move on ryans girl, and then there was ascuffle where ryan kicked the guy out, and 2 weeks later the man and his dad both broke in and shot them for revenge.

While the Carvers attempted to force their way through the doorway of the residence, Richie Carver put his arm inside and shot Mr. Waller in the head, leaving him for dead. The Carvers then entered the residence and shot and killed Heather Quan, apparently because she was a witness. They also stole several weapons and a computer from the scene.

When officers from the Phoenix Police Department arrived, they found Waller still conscious. Detectives later learned that Richie Carver was a former roommate of Waller’s.

Richie Carver was convicted in June, 2008 of Felony Murder, Burglary, Aggravated Assault and Misconduct Involving Weapons and sentenced to a term of natural life. The case against Larry Carver was based in part on confessions he made to his wife and was ultimately dismissed after she invoked her marital privilege and refused to testify against her husband.

The family of Heather Quan then appealed to the legislature to enact what became known as Heather’s Law. After a legal battle over whether the law could apply retroactively to Larry Carver’s case, the Court ruled in favor of the State and Carver was reindicted in November, 2011 on First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder, Burglary and Aggravated Assault. Following a ten day trial, the jury deliberated for two-and-a-half days before reaching a verdict of guilty on all counts.

We all know for a fact that to become a cop you are REQUIRED to have a low I.Q. but I mean, one bullet hole in the nose and aonother one in the eye are impossible to miss at a glance and even a retarded person will know they are life threatening and should be immediately taken care of by a doctor and those assclown cops didn´t realize he had life threatening injuries, not to mention the one hidden behind his ear.

They all should be put in prison for being accessory to murder.

I’m confused, is this the guy that shot him or is this the guy that got shot in the head? I mean this is a mugshot of a guy with a fake eye...but the post said the guy who got shot died 26 days later. Did he recover and then get charged? I don’t know why but I can barely find any info on Google.
