i saw this video on another page...someone said, the men were from kurdistan/kazakhstan (or something thereabouts) i don't really know, are the people there jewish or muslim?

People from kurdistan/kazakhstan, tend to be Muslims. But these men were, a Tajik and an ethnic Dagestani, I've read somewhere that they were immigrants who were drug dealers and this was the reason for their executions. They were going to scare immigrants from coming to Russia and doing the same thing. As an aside, I believe the Russian authorities are still claiming this video is an elaborate hoax, carried out by persons unknown.

But to answer your real question, these men would most likely have been muslims, but I can't be 100%.
