Russian Man Snuffs Out His Cigarette and Himself Simultaneously.
Sorry, I do not have any more info at this time, other than the fact that it apparently happened on 12/29/2017 in Russia. Russian man lights a cigarette and walks over to ledge to sit. He misjudged and went right over, appearing to continue to hold on to his cigarette on the way down, snuffing it out on impact.  |

the last frames, the "closeups", look a lot like interior tile...very smooth and clean for an outdoor sidewalk("footpath", as the brits say) |

Yeah I'm thinking he didn't fall over an "exterior" ledge. Next to where he tries to sit, there appears to be steps, which indicates it is probably not a rooftop or balcony. |

They are dressed the same plus there is a neon sign on the wall, I am guessing they are doormen outside of a pub or club.
