Re: Russian Guy Commits Suicide by Hanging Himself on Skype
I agree with Ixtabchris--it appears as if the video has been manipulated, with several parts repeated. The poor guy goes into convulsions rather quickly, by which time he is almost certainly unconscious. But the convulsions are "looped" several times--note how the movements repeat themselves. I suspect the sounds were added also--they don't appear to be "in synch" with anything on the part of the victim. A sad event, but altered by some unknown person to make the dying process look much longer than it actually was. Why? |

Re: Russian Guy Commits Suicide by Hanging Himself on Skype
This! Pretty sure it loops/repeats at least one section (when he first drops and then reaches for the noose at his neck, then his arm drops again). You can see that part repeat - it's pretty clear he doesn't naturally do that twice as he'd be too far gone to do it a second time. Plus it's obvious the video has either glitch repeated or whatever. I don't think his death took as long as it appears in the video we've watched. Sad nonetheless. I hope for his sake it was quicker and more painless than it looked. |

Re: Russian Guy Commits Suicide by Hanging Himself on Skype
Well it looks like he was drinking so that made it a little less painful but notice his hands tried to grab for his neck at first as someone who has tried to hang themselves this is a natural reaction the body has..Sad though :(
