The man's name is Sergey Kirilov, he is twenty-six years old. The noises are kinda weird in the video, but basically he says that his wife took his 2 year old kid left him, his family hated him, and he just wanted to end it all.

He was asking people what software he should use to record the suicide, for whatever reason he wanted to record it. He ended up having a Skype call with someone, who, after trying to stop the guy from doing it to no avail, recorded it for the world to see.

The Russian police said they are going to try and track down the people that watched the suicide, and those that encouraged the act could be charged with negligent homicide, but I think that's a reach.

Very sad to see that this was his solution to whatever problem he had. Maybe he skyped the person/persons he blamed for his downfall and wanted him/her/them to see what the situation brought him to do; crazy outcome whatever the reason.
