There was one of these a year or two ago where it blew the guy upward and you could see the air literally rip the entire front half of his skull off and pasted it on the ceiling. And then another where it basically launches the entire rim at a dude leaning against a wall. And then one time my little brother was driving in the interstate and a semi he was passing had a blowout that sounded like a shotgun and shattered his entire windshield.

To me these fucking tires are the real final destination shit, not logs.

I think the one you are talking about with top of head blown off has been in the last year. Guy was sitting n top of rim while airing up and the other worker was holding a tire tool and leaning over looking at rim when it burst and rim decapited him and the other guy was thrown up to the top of shop and comes flying back down a beat later then yellow shirt.
