In Lyubertsy, a naked 23-year-old girl jumped from a public balcony. Shortly before the jump, she rode the elevator for half an hour, and then called the neighbors and asked to call an ambulance.

When the doctors did not arrive half an hour later, she told her neighbor that she would wait for the doctors at home, but instead went up to the very top floor and committed the fatal act.

From hitting the asphalt, her skull cracked, the contents splashed out. Death came instantly.
