"In Ufa, the driver crushed an elderly woman lying on the roadway The fatal accident happened late in the evening. “I was driving from Chernikovka towards the center slowly, 40-50 kilometers per hour. I saw at the last moment that the woman was lying on the pavement, I didn’t have time to slow down and hit me,” the driver said. The 85-year-old woman died at the scene."
