Re: Russia - Teen Commits Suicide on Live
Glad to see 'culture' in quotes because they really have none.

Re: Russia - Teen Commits Suicide on Live
Somewhat true in some cases. But probably more false. I'm one of those white parents working their lives away. Not too keep up with the Joneses. But to give my children opportunity, to give my wife material things, give my children a better life than I had growing up. But I do spend time with my family. I'm lucky to own my own business and can take my kids to work with me. Teach them how to do what I do. And I'm guilty of buying my 4 & 5 year old iphones. I have 5 kids. Ages 4 to 20. And being a kid myself coming from a broken home. I think the most important thing is not having children until you're married. And raise your kids together in a home where mom and dad are a good example. Even if the parents work a lot. If the time the family is together is a family that treats each other with love. I think 99% of the time the kids will be good well adjusted people. Because they know what unconditional love is, they'll know what sacrifice is, and they'll know what kindness is. |

Re: Russia - Teen Commits Suicide on Live
I really have to come down hard on you for buying your 4 & 5 year olds an iPhone or any phone. You've just given them an unlocked door to world. At that age. They should be playing monopoly or other games with their siblings or friends. Learning problem solving skills and working as a team, that can be used later in life. Kids always find someone on the internet to fill a void they have, just saying. |

Re: Russia - Teen Commits Suicide on Live
Posting naked photos of herself online, tats on her face, extra long nails and this vid. Bet she had a troubled youth and craved for some attention as a cry out for help but it turned out the other way and she got depressed. Too bad she couldn't find the help she needed. Hate it when young lives get wasted.

Re: Russia - Teen Commits Suicide on Live
One good thing that came out of this is that I've learned about cool Russian music. They're still allowed to smoke cigs and look cool in their music videos? WTF?? We haven't been allowed to do that in the US in 20yrs :( niknik I was fine with your statement at first because I thought you were saying you buy 4 to 5 year old iPhones for yourself to use. Frugal man, I thought. Then I realized you're giving new iPhones to your single digit age children in which case I fully agree with Brynjar. Kids should be shielded from the world of depravity until they're at least teens I think.. not given unrestricted access to look at whatever they want. Tiktok, FB, and other social media are a cancer that I never want my kids involved with. |
