Yikes, looks to me like her whole left arm has basically been taken off at the elbow, flesh stripped off above it down to the bone.
The dogs were chewing on those arms for a while. I also feel bad for the lady. Long painful death and there was no one to help her. Its someones mother, someones sister, someones daughter
