~ So what I saw is, that the one speedy first vehicle overpassed the vehicle with the video camera, then seeing that the truck was going too slow it hastily decided to overpass it as well, but then it instantaneously lost control when it changed it's mind, just as it spotted the oncoming second vehicle rapidly approaching in the opposing lane, & just as it realized it wasn't gonna be able to complete the second overpassing maneuver.
