Old lady should no longer drive. but no one probably gives a shit who drives old and who doesn't over there. Here in the U.S you have the school system hiring old people to drive the little kids to school and back. I remember the one case where an old driver dragged a little kid for quarter to half a mile till the next stop, had many injuries. Other seniors run red lights, have low sense of hearing, have very slow reflexes, others run over people and sadly some get heart attacks. The old people are still driving themselves. The city should have more services for the citizens so they don't drive anymore. I know of a little girl who died because an old guy run a red light and was driving a big as Lincoln
