I don't want to argue about this but the DPR (Donetsk Peoples Republic) is an occupied area of Ukraine (not Russia) that pro-Russian separatists (not all necessarily ethnic Russians) have been [illegally] occupying for years. It's extremely compilicated situation.  I posted about this incident, in depth, in the war section. Technically, the title of this thread is incorrect... if you were to send someone a letter or package that resides in one of the occupied areas, you would still be addressing it to the country of Ukraine. Russia is blaming Ukraine and Ukraine is blaming Russia/DPR forces, as per usual. You may be right. Ukrainian shelling is getting more and more accurate. It may be it was a targeted hit. Wish they would do that with Putin. He doesn't even know how to sing.
