In addition to just the heat, low electrolyte levels can be dangerous. Hyponatremia. Not just sodium but also potassium, magnesium, and some others. I went to the ER for that after hiking in high heat during Covid. Brain fog, arms like jello, and would immediately piss out or puke any water I drank since without electrolytes you can hold your water.
