Russia - Man Lying In The Street And Ran Over By Car
Russia -*The driver hit the man and fled the scene. Investigations are underway and all the circumstances of the incident are being clarified. On the night of July 21 in Slavgorod, a man died under the wheels of a car, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Altai Territory reported. It all happened at about 4.36 on the street. 2nd Vokzalnaya, near the house number 75. It is clear from social media posts that the man was conscious and was lying on the roadway when a car drove over him. The pedestrian died on the spot from his injuries before the arrival of paramedics. Police added that the driver fled the scene of the accident and they are looking for him. |

IMO the driver should not really be charged with anything other than perhaps leaving the scene of an accident. It's the idiot who laid down in the middle of the street; placing the burden on another human that's to blame. Selfish prick.
