On her account for 2 years of experience 130 fines for breaking the speed limit and driving on red. The girl was not injured in the accident."

Absolutely insane. The dude literally enters the car at the number, he instantly freezes because his legs stopped working. The rest of his body does not react at all to the impact until his torso strikes the windshield, firewall, and frame. Then he just cartwheels likely evacuating his bowels among other things amongst the traffic. Fucking intense.

Indeed, the state may want to reconsider its penal code. It would also seem the driver's serial speeding finally contributed to the death of another. Regardless...the guy strolled across a busy four-lane street, absent crosswalk, absent traffic control device, at night, in the rain, without glancing in the direction of traffic. One might reason his complicity in the outcome. |
