Agree that the jet skier was very wrong to cut in behind a speed boat and hit-and-run, but it takes 2 boats to crash head-on. That speedboat was also 50% at fault. The boat crew was responsible for the saftey of the whole package. They certainly have seen other craft dart in to jump their wake! That's all the jetskis do around here. The speed boat should have cut the throttle with another motorboat in striking distance of their precious towed cargo. |
