~ Never take for granted or trust a vehicle to obey traffic lights or to courteously stop at crosswalks, or courteously stop for pedestrians, especially on multi-lane roads.
~ REM: If you can see them eye to eye then they can see you, otherwise they most possibly can't see you.
~ In some countries vehicles are allowed to make a right turn whether the light is red or green. Albeit they have alot of 'accidents'.
~ REM: The more people the better & worse things get.

dude i know where that is , this is lubertsy its near mcdonalds where i was walking in the evening , how come this didnt happen when i was walking there , but that intersection has lights and she probably was running across the road , many people do that there
