"A drunk driver in a Mercedes killed a man while escaping a chase in Cheboksary. He flew at high speed into a car standing at a traffic light. Her back was just crushed. There were two passengers who were taken to the hospital. One of them could not be saved. The culprit tried to escape from the scene of another accident, which he provoked a little earlier.
