Russia - Car Launches Man in the Air
"The accident happened in Ryazan at 27 on Novaya Street. A 20-year-old resident of Ryazan, driving a LADA GRANTA car, knocked down a 71-year-old local resident crossing the carriageway, according to preliminary information, at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result of the accident, a pedestrian died from his injuries at the scene of the accident." |

Vehicles were overtaking that stationery car on both sides. What country has such non existent road traffic regulations?

Just because you are in a crosswalk doesn't mean you don't have to look out for traffic.
