Russia - Bodies of 2 Women Found in a Flat
December 2020 St. Petersburg (Russia) 2 women were found dead inside a flat after neighbours called the police due to the smell of decomposition.

I'm pretty sure that the owner died first, then the elderly woman eventually died from starvation/dehydration.
