Russia - Army Recruiter Executed
In the Irkutsk region, a 25-year-old guy opened fire at the Ust-Ilim military registration and enlistment office. The shooter was detained, it turned out to be 25-year-old R.Z.. According to local channels, the military commissar is in an extremely serious condition, he was shot 6 times.

The gun looks to be a bolt action shotgun, it's probably something lost in translation. They may mean 6 wounds, which would make more sense if it were 00 buckshot and a calibre smaller than 12 gauge
