Broken neck. Head only looks caved in because of the blood pouring out of the dead guy's nose and mouth, but the hoof falls squarely on the back of his neck. With that weight on it, it would snap like a twig.

In response to a few posts about why they are checking for pulse, I have to assume at least one of those idiot cowboys is somewhat familiar with basic first aid.. though ideally just a paramedic in costume, but you HAVE to check unless there is clear decapitation or signs of decay.

I think bull riding is okay, but in spain the torreros always kill the bull and that's a no go :P But why not riding them? if they love it, they should do it, in this case it went wrong  |

Obvious death wish is obvious. I went to a rodeo down here in Texas, and while entertaining for a while (this was when I was 10, too young to understand), nowdays I just don't even feel remorse for the bull-rider. He wanted to take the risks? You got it, bub.
