I forgot to add that both the woman and the dog survived the incident pictured above. The woman was knocked out cold but otherwise ok. I think the dog had a broken leg. It had fallen out of a third story window.

Mineself is not a word, nor has it ever been. Mine can be used instead of my when the proceeding noun starts with an h or a vowel. So, "mine eyes" or "mine heart" are ok, but "mine self" is not.

Doth is a third-party singular present form of do, so it is just another way to say does. If someone were to say, "I does [something]", I would naturally assume they are either mentally handicapped or fucked in the head and dangerous.

A decree is an official order by a legal authority. In the verb form, it just means the issuance of such an order. Some random guy doesn't decree anything. He might declare it.
