Yeah that is true but I always admired whites and their "living on the edge" way of life. I'm scared of heights and I don't think I'll ever get over it. My palms actually get sweaty when I stand on the edge of this building and look down when I play "Call of duty MW2". It's really that bad.

GREAT post!  This guy might have been thinking, "what if someday, I HAVE to climb a cliff to get to a survivable situation, and I don't HAVE the safety gear, much less the extra time it takes to USE it. I should practice it for some real world training." The irony would be that, he DIED, while practicing rock climbing, in a SURVIVALIST scenario. We should learn from his mistake, and plan better in advance for when we take risks that are unnecessary at the time. |
