That was pretty cool. On the afternoon of Friday, August 29th, at exactly 4:55 pm, a violent incident occurred on El Lago Avenue, near a car wash known as Las Brisas, in the Martínez Martelo neighborhood, causing panic and confusion in the area. According to initial reports, a young man identified as Jesús M.U. attempted to commit a robbery inside the establishment, which led to an exchange of gunfire with a plainclothes police officer who was at the scene. A violent shithole? That was a bad guy with a gun getting stopped by a good guy with a gun. A shithole is someplace where a racist dictator stages a military takeover of the capital supposedly to fight crime while ignoring mass murders happening every day in areas controlled by his supporters
