I just have to say, why would they make this a reconstruction? That guy laying dead on the floor, was the same guy who was shot in the survelliance video. Who knows I may be wrong, and some weird actor came in and played dead and whtever, but, when Ive watched some Real Life Crime Docus they have investigators going in with videos and cameras to document the scene, interview the witnesses and the 1st resopneders who came to the scene 1st. If the person is dead, for the purposes of documentation and evidence collecting, they'll be left there until all that is done. If the person is still alive or is just rushed to hospital then they are removed from the scene.

The guy was shot witha .44 magnum, that would of left an entry wound easily.. and thus a pool of blood, there was also no blood anywhere on his t-shirt. Police also never let journalists on a crime scene without going through it with a fine tooth comb, collecting evidience, taking photographs.

So yes it is a reconstruction, such things are usually used in court.
