This looks like a robbery gone *right* to me, just not for the robbers. In many jurisdictions in the U.S., you're allowed to shoot carjackers regardless of what they're armed with because your vehicle is considered an extension of your home/residence, and the castle doctrine allows for the shooting of home intruders/invaders under most circumstances. What's really great is that if this had happened in America, the carjacker that got away would have upon apprehension been held criminally liable for the death of his buddy even though it was the "victim" (I'm using that term loosely here) who killed him. |
