Robber Was Shot & Killed by Plain Clothes Policeman
According to the information that came with the video, two robbers tried to hold up a lottery store when a plain clothed policeman saw what was going on. The policeman shoots and kills one the robbery suspects while the other was able to get away on foot. Here you can see the plain clothes officer flipping the body over of the man he just shot.

Plain clothes cop has a heavy look...balding, flip flops, swim shorts and black wife beater T-shirt (body armor?). He is going to start a new fashion craze. Can't chase perps on foot wearing flip flops, so you just have to shoot them...
