Who would do this in Texas?? There’s a 99% chance at least 1 other person is carrying. People need to learn the law though. Unless you’re a cop you don’t get to keep shooting someone. You can only shoot until the threat is subdued. This guy gave an extra head shot for funsies and shot the guys car, which opens him up to criminal charges.
