Yes before he was on the floor, the robber fired a few shots point blank right at the vest, just as he came in the door, probably was suprised to see the guard holding the door open.. |

Watched it a few more times, could possibly have been the guards bullet that accidently shot the old lady, going by whare she was in relation to the guards shots  |

I believe the guard's sidearm is a revolver so he didn't have time to reload. At 0:42 you can see him pick up the dead robber's gun, try to get to cover and uses it.  |

They were tossing the lady for any valuables on her after she hit the floor. Such opportunist, never mind his accomplice was shot.
