Here, standard LPG tanks like the one he threw only weighs between 17 - 24KG (37-52 lbs) including LPG content. and those guys can play toss with it anytime. most of the time, they just throw them up and down the trucks when loading and unloading.

i disagree with that... here, these LPG sellers rarely used QC passed tanks... most cases... they cut one with rotten bottom, and cut another with rotten top, then they just weld it back together at the middle. we have many LPG refillers over here but there's probably just 3 or 4 who follows safety standards. the rest just continue using old tanks until they break down.
