one thing though. luck was with him because all his throw scored. if it missed and landed solidly on concrete pavement, it could blow up and hurt all those who are around the area.

100% If full that tank would be around 100 pounds; no way that tiny Asian dude chucked a full tank like that! Im 6'4" 180 and couldn't! |

i disagree with that... here, these LPG sellers rarely used QC passed tanks... most cases... they cut one with rotten bottom, and cut another with rotten top, then they just weld it back together at the middle. we have many LPG refillers over here but there's probably just 3 or 4 who follows safety standards. the rest just continue using old tanks until they break down.
