I mean. The shooter was holding his phone up and holding a gun. Just like 2 elements on a bike. You in Brazil, nothing good comes from these 2 scenarios! How do you just sit there, not even suspicious  Especially if the info is true and they are rival gang members. |

If he was a rival gang member, he should have known what was coming then acted before he got shot. NOTE TO SELF: Whenever I'm in the presence of rival gang members and they have a gun and I have a gun, shoot first then haul ass.  |
