I don't know a whole lot about the rules, but I do know a few ways to keep from getting killed: 1.) Don't narc. 2.) Don't join a cartel / gang. 3.) Don't run for political office or become a police officer. 4.) If you have money make damn sure you look poor as fuck. 5.) Don't go there. |
